Our Recent Projects

Dangerous Goods Storage Facility ($4.47M)

TPG delivered a 3-year, $4.47M NZD Dangerous Goods storage facility for a leading manufacturer, creating a compliant and centralised hub for hazardous materials. The project included unloading, storage and batching areas designed to meet strict HAZNO / AS1940 requirements while improving safety and operational efficiency.

Despite difficult ground conditions, long-lead fire-rated doors and contractor delays, the project was completed within budget. The finished facility provides safer handling, improved compliance and greater resilience through spill containment, fire protection and flood-mitigation measures.

High-Performance Water Filtration Project ($11M)

TPG delivered a 2-year, $11M NZD Activated Carbon Filtration programme across two manufacturing plants, providing chlorine-free water for batching and Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems. The project improved water quality compliance, increased automation and was delivered within a live production environment without significant disruption.

Despite contractor delays and the complexity of the bespoke installation, the programme was completed on time and approximately 5% under budget. The result was a high-performance, fully automated filtration solution that improved compliance, efficiency and operational reliability.

CO2 Storage Vessel Installation ($1.7M)

TPG delivered a $3M NZD CO2 storage upgrade for a leading beverage manufacturer, doubling on-site storage capacity from 50 to 100 tonnes. The project improved supply resilience, provided around 10 days of coverage and enabled the client to source CO2 more independently from the open market.

The works involved international vessel procurement, regulatory approvals and installation within a live manufacturing environment. Despite shipping, compliance and coordination challenges, the project was completed on time, on budget and without disrupting production.
